Legal Question in Business Law in California
state board came to my work and saw my fake cosmotology license, needless to say I no longer have a job. Am I going to get a fine and am I going to be able to take my test again and get my license back?

I haven't reviewed this part of the law in detail, but at first glance it looks like violation of the Barbering and Cosmetology Act is a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed $2,500 or imprisonment in the county jail for not to exceed six months, or both. See the California Business and Professions Code, section 7402. Also I suggest you review the entire Barbering and Cosmetology Act so you can learn what the law expects of you.
I would say that as a first-time offender you are most likely to receive a fine less than the maximum and no jail time, unless members of the public were harmed by your unlicensed activity. This is a guess, made without all the facts.
Also, note that the name of this occupation is spelled "cosmetology," not "cosmotology."
