Stipulation
Is a proof of service needed on a stipulation signed by all parties

I don't really know the answer, but from gut feeling about the purpose of a POS I would say I'd not use one myself. I tried to look up the answer but couldn't find anything on topic. My hunch is that it would be considered by judges as an unnecessary exercise, but also I'd say look in the local rules for the county and court department (e.g. family law) for your specific situation as that's where any special requirement is likely to be found. If still in doubt as the judge or the judge's clerk.
