Legal Question in Business Law in California
Subscription cancellation
What is the law regarding cancellation of a subscription when payment has been given and terms of membership state that subscription fees are non-refundable? Does some kind of grace period exist? If so,is the company responsible for refunding the subscription fees if the customer cancels within that time?

"subscription" to what?
Are we talking about a magazine here? Or something more substantial?
And how much was paid that is now claimedto be "non-refundable?"
