looking to sue LA Fitness

i went to La Fitness to get 2Month membership and i asked for 2month and paid cash for it and evenbefore 2month they took the money out of my bank ..and i had two minor signed to get personal training also person who signed them it's gona be 2month and his gona take care of it and also took monet from my bank acc...personal training paper is not on my name~

would like to know if i can sue them...

Your statement of facts is confusing. If you paid cash how did they take money out of your bank account? What did you pay for? What did they not provide?
