Legal Question in Business Law in California
How can I sue Verizon? For two years they have been a nightmare. Billing me two bills for one location? The place was so small that they couldn't figure out it wasn't two buildings. Called to cancel the ghost bill and they cancelled both and shut down service for a month. Upon cancelling the bill multiple times over the phone and email, they just sent me a bill again 4 months after original cancellation.

As a Franchise Attorney all I can say is this happens more frequently than it should. If you have good facts, you can always sue them in small claims court. There are small claims court advisers to help you through the process. Best of luck. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.

Do not sue Verizon in small claims court. Keep very accurate records and sue them in federal court, using an attorney, for violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. You are entitled to $1000 per violation plus attorney fees. Call if interested.
