Legal Question in Business Law in California
I do not want to be sued by my ex-business partner, if i give them a domain name they will not, ever, what it this called and what would the form be i am looking for.

you will need to enter into a domain name assignment form and send it to the registrar of the domain name in order to transfer ownership. you will also need to enter into a release of all claims with your former business partner.
