if you are suing your company for overtime and you have been to court with the case and the judge rule that the company owe you overtime pay but never came up with the amount yet can the company be sold and not be responible for the overtime pay the company is a coporation

Your lawyer should be able to answer this question for you. If you are suing your employer without a lawyer, why? The law provides that the employer will pay your attorney fees. The State Labor Commissioner may also be able to help.
The sale of the stock of a corporation from Stockholder X to Stockholder Y has no effect whatsoever on the corporation's liabilities. Corporate stock changes hands every day on the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ. If your employing corporation sold most or all of its assets to someone else, without making arrangements for payment of its liabilities, that's another matter entirely, and one requiring investigation and perhaps fast legal action. Remember to distinguish in your thinking between the corporation itself and the identity of its owners.
