Legal Question in Business Law in California
I suspect co-mingling of my participation agreement with a LLC in California. They have dragged their heels for 5 years now (1/27/2017 was the execution date), to provide financials after several requests. The agreement states a 5 day notice. Over the years, they have said, "we are reworking our books" and now finally, I've had enough and said this is the last request. They are in California. What should I do next. The amount may be small to some, but to me, it is a lot, $50,000. Thanks, Kathleen

"Comingling of my participation agreement" is not a phrase that makes any legal sense.
