tax exempt organization
is it legal for a tax exempt organization to contract it's executive secretary to handle marketing of memorbilia for a percentage of the profit? The only other officer is the president who is her husband.

This is actually what we call non-profit law (seperate from business law). Depending on how the relationship was set up, it could be completely legal. My gut, not legal opinion, would be to tell you yes, but I would need to know a lot more information.
