Legal Question in Business Law in California
We are a temporary staffing company in CA. We have 2 separate companies. We have employees working for us under one company FEIN and are going to roll over these employees to the other company. Will we need to re-do applications, W-4s and I9s?

No need to re-do the documents so long as both companies work under 1 tax identification #.
