Legal Question in Business Law in California
I have terminated my employment with a e.s.o.p company I uses to work for 10 years ago and am 20 % vested .I have stock paper that describes values ,am I able to receive my funds and if so what course of action should be taken?

This is not a legal question. You should be able to exercise your vested options. Beyond that, it's a matter of the policies and procedures of your ESOP and any administrative brokerage. You need to ask your HR department about this.
