Legal Question in Business Law in California
termination of on-line advertising insertion order
I have entered in to an on-line advertising contract.
I have no special clause for termination outside of standard terms and conditions. It seems that this insertion order only gives the company placing the ads the right to cancel.Although the on-line company is delivering all impressions as per contract, we are not experiencing a return on investment in the form of conversions. How can I cancel this contract?

Without reading the actual contract, I dont know what your rights are. In cases where you do have the right to cancel contract, this is usually accomplished by sending a letter simply stating that you are canceling the contract.
