Is there such a thing as being a silent partner in a CA non-profit LLC?

LLCs don't have partners. Only partnerships have partners.
Also, the concept of a "non-profit LLC" is new to me. Never heard of such an entity. As far as I know, California law does not provide for such an entity, but perhaps the laws of other states?

There is no such thing as a non-profit LLC in California. There is also no such thing as a non-profit partnership, so there can be no legal partners of any kind in a non-profit.
