Legal Question in Business Law in California
Toilet seat covers
I work at a university campus in the bay area, and the people up top just decided that they are no longer going to provide toilet seat covers in the public restrooms, saying that its a plumbing problem and ''toilet seats aren't a major disease spreader anyway.'' This is an annoyance, although a little minor, but isn't it California law that all public restrooms have toilet seat covers? What is the exact law, if it is, and where can I find a citation of it?

I wasn't able to find such a law, and if there is one, it might not be worth the paper it's printed on....

This is pure folklore; no such law exists in California.
