When there's a judgment against you or a relative, the court -- at the judgment creditor's application -- will require you to answer questions regarding your or another person's finances. This often includes bringing various documents with you, such as pay stubs, bank statements, mortgage and car loan documents, real property deeds, etc.

ORAP is short for ORder to APpear.
It is more commonly referred to as a Debtor's Examination. This is a procedure whereby a Judgment Creditor is able to ask a Judgment Debtor or Third Party about the assets of the Judgment Debtor. (So that they may levied upon to pay the judgment).
