What ucc form should I use when selling equipment
I am selling equipment on payment terms in California. What UCC form should I use?

The process is very similar to what you're accustomed to in Colorado. You probably want the California version of the UCC-1. The form and instructions are available from the Calif. Sec. of State Web site at www.ss.ca.gov.
