Legal Question in Business Law in California

Unable to retrieve vehicle from repair shop

I had taken my motorcycle to a repair shop to get fixed and now I cannot get it back. The phone number has been disconnected and everytime I go to the shop throughout the day no one is ever there. I have no way of getting in contact with the owner. I have a work order and everything and I left my info. to be contacted with him and I have not been able to get my motorcycle back. What can I do?

You may have to track the owner down and serve him with a conversion and breach of contract complaint. Please call me directly at (619) 222-3504.

See if the police will take a report and investigate. If they will not then you must file a lawsuit to get it back.
