Legal Question in Business Law in California
uninsured damaged road bike
I live in Southern CA and bought a road bike from a seller in Texas. I found the bike via an online classifieds. The bike arrived damaged due to improper packing/rough handling. The seller did not insure the package, nor is he willing to pay for the damage. The damage is worth $600. Who is liable and how do I go about collecting? Is the interstate situation an issue? Thanks.

Re: uninsured damaged road bike
The time and money you spend trying to recover will quickly and totally eclipse the cost of the damage. Take a deep breath. Exhale. Blow out all the bad energy. Forget about it.
