Legal Question in Business Law in California
I am unsure about where to incorporate my LLC. I am from California and my business is high ticket dropshipping. Nothing has been officially filed yet.
I will be the only employee and will never physically touch product. I will also hopefully have sales all across the United States.
I am being told to incorporate in Wyoming or Delaware but am really unsure since I think I'll have to register in CA anyways as a foreign Entity.
Thank You For Your Time!

You are right. If you're the only employee and you do your work in CA you would have to double file if you file in another state. You would then have to file as a foreign LLC in CA.
