Legal Question in Business Law in California
Hi
I need your urgent help.
I need to know what permits are required by a company registered in Delaware as a C-Corporation and doing business in California.
I need to know about any Federal, State, and Local permits required. We are in Los Angeles County, City of Chatsworth, State of California.
Kind Regards

Registering in DE probably did not do you much service practically speaking. That is, if the business activity is taking place in CA then you are required to qualify the entity there (see the following link for a brief overview of foreign entity qualification: http://www.lanternlegal.com/foreign_entity_qualification.php).
Regards to permits or licenses, this all depends on what you are doing exactly and where. You may not need any registration or you may be required to jump through a number of hoops. We just don't have the information, which is why you need to consult with counsel in private and discuss your objectives.
If you would like to discuss further over a free phone consult, feel free to contact me anytime that is convenient.
Our firm is now referred by the American Bar Association (see under the New York section):

If you are doing business in the State of California, called "conducting intra-state" business, you will need to be registered with the California Secretary of State.
You may need other permits depending on what you are doing.
