Re: vehicle practices by dealerships

You really haven't provided enough information for me to give you an answer to your question. I will do my best given the information you have provided. If you purchased an extended warranty that covers the vehicle, the dealership is required to repair the covered parts and systems. What is the reason given for the warranty being invalid? According to the law regarding warranties, the company issuing the warranty is required to repair the warrantied parts to their original working condition. If said parts cannot be repaired, the company is required to replace with similar parts. If the extended warranty is invalid because it has expired there is really nothing you can do but pay for the vehicle to be fixed. If you would like to email me additional information regarding the specifics of the warranty, and the reason the company is saying it is invalid, I would be happy to give you my opinion on the matter. My email address is [email protected]. I hope I have helped some, and if you would like additional information please feel free to email me.

Sincerely,

John Hayes, Esq.
