vehicle storage laws
does a auto body buisness have the right to charge storage charges for a vehicle that is sitting ( not being repaired) on property till the vehicle is reclaimed by the insurance company or rhe owners and is there a limit to what the shop can charge

Yes, they can charge storage fees and this is common. As for a limit, this is up for debate and I have seen people come back with an answer on both sides. I would get the car out of storage as soon as possible.
