Can a verbal business partnership agreement be broken without notifying the pers
Can a verbal business partnership agreement be broken without notifying the person/parner of it? Is moving to another location/home without letting the other person/partner knowing where legal?

your question is unclear. if you mean dissolution, you cannot do that without notifying the other partner. Yes, a managing partner can move locations without consent.
