Legal Question in Business Law in California

Video production

I hired a subcontractor to shoot and produce instructional videos for my client, and the subcontractor failed to deliver the quality of the video I specifically requested and the subcontractor requested payment for the services. I refused because it is not what I asked for and he is threatening ligitation.

Re: Video production

I'm not sure that I see a question in your post as much as a statement and a great deal of frustration. It sounds like you have not been successful in getting this resolved on your own and so perhaps it is time to get an attorney involved, hopefully to head off the threatened litigation. You can find out more about me through my website at cowinlawfirm.com and I would be happy to talk to you personally about the situation and give you some further thoughts.

(Please note that an attorney-client relationship is not formed until a conflicts check is completed and an engagement letter sent.)
