Warehouse material liens

I store material for a supplier located in texas they owe back labor charges, and hazmat bills, and refusew to pay I currently have about $120K if their material woulk info on warehouse lien.

You state some facts but don't ask a question. I assume you meant to ask what your rights are to assert a lien and refuse to release the goods until it is paid.

Please contact me directly, including some information as to whether you are a CPUC permit holder and otherwise come under the Public Utilities Code commercial warehouse laws.
