Legal Question in Business Law in California
warranty agreement/company out of business
We purchased a computer from said company in December 2004 with a 2 year extended warranty, now company has gone out of business and computer is not functioning. Do we have any recourse of action to either get our money back or have fixed??? We have tried calling, recorder is on, no one to return call. And have emailed from old website...still awaiting response.

Re: warranty agreement/company out of business
Warranties/guarantees are really only as good as the company standing behind them. Something to consider for future purchases, but this one is probably a write-off.
