Waste Removal cotracts.

Are There any limits to contracts for waste removal service, and if so what is it? Where Would I find the exact section it would be under?

In order to refer you to an "exact section" you would have to give me a more exact question. As a general matter there are at least three categories of laws that might bear on your issue. General matters of contract law are found, for example, in the Civil Code. Waste removal services may be subject to portions of the Public Utilities Code. If hazardous waste is involved, there is a provision in the Health and Safety Code.
