Website Marketing

Is it legal to compare competitor quotes on my company website? The quotes were all obtained from quote calculators from competitor websites, or over the phone. Should I add some sort of disclaimer at the bottom? If so, what should the disclaimer say?

Prices fluctuate. If you post information which is untrue (because it is outdated or otherwise), you will run into a whole mess of problems.
