Legal Question in Business Law in California
Website woes
Okay so I'm on this website, they charge me a fee to play, here's the thing they'll like almost arbitrarily change the rules, but they haven't updated the written rules since they opened their site, is it really legal for them to be doing this? I mean shouldn't something that they can ban you from playing their game have to be posted? I mean I know ignorance of the law isn't an excuse but what if there's absolutely -no- way to know what those laws are?

Re: Website woes
The "rules" of a Web site aren't the law. They are just an invention of the folks running the site. This sounds like a scam. Stop playing it.
