Legal Question in Business Law in California
Wine Wholesaler permit from the TTB. I would like to apply for one, so I purchase the wine from winery and export it to China. How long does it take to apply for one and what is the qualification of it.
What is the cost.

You need to hire an attorney to work with you on this, preferably with a firm that has a presence in China. Export to China is not something to be done without careful supervision and assistance from good legal counsel. Exporting alcoholic beverages there would be business suicide without good legal supervision and advice.
