Legal Question in Business Law in California

Okay well I won some items from a dispensary clinic on April 20, it has been over 5 weeks and I call, every other day. They say the same thing "in a few days". I was wondering what can I do or say in this individual situation? Please and thank you.

You haven't provided enough facts for us to provide a meaningful answer. Was the clinic conducting an auction? Was this a judgment following a lawsuit? How does one "win" some items from a clinic?
