Our won a judgement in Small Claims Court
We won a judgement in Smalll Claims Courtt 45 days ago, in Pasadena, California for $ 1580. The client emailed me that he would pay up but I know he is stalling. Do you know who I can contact to sell/assign this debt?

Has the judgment debtor furnished you the statement of assets called for by Code of Civil Procedure section 116.830? If not, you can ask the court to apply sanctions for contempt of court, including arrest of the debtor. See CCP 116.830(d). That's the way I'd go.
