Legal Question in Business Law in California
I work for The Home Depot on Sep.13 I was trying to help a co-worker when a manager came up to me got in my face told me to go to the front of the store to greet grab me by my arm like I was a child and pushed me to go to the front. I when to my store manager and HR they said they will get a stament from me and the other co-worker that was there get back to me on Thur. Sep 17 now is Oct and nothing....

I am reminded of two old sayings that contradict each other.
1. The squeekey wheel gets the oil;
2. The nail that sticks up is the one that gets hit.
I bring them up to illustrate to you that you have to make a choice. A busy HR dept and store manager can easily forget an employee complaint if you don't remind them. On the other hand, you have to decide if you want to keep making an issue out of the event.
