I was out on medical leave from my job when eveyone got a 5.00 raise. I came back to work Ive worked there 6 yrs and I didn''t get a raise but the girl hired 1 year ago did what should I do I alredy told my supervisor and she doesn't seem to concerned about it.So where do I go next?

Hello. If the raise was given to other employees not based on merit, then not giving you the same raise is an unlawful retaliation for exercising your FMLA/CFRA rights. If the raise is performance based, then it is legal.
