Legal Question in Business Law in California
Hello, I worked for Disney for 4 years and was fired for giving a water bottle to a choking older woman and didn't charge her for it. I was fire in June 2016 and didn't think about suing cause I was kind of happy to be out they kind of hold you prisoner there. It is probably too late to take any legal action but I was just wondering should I have gotten a lawyer for this? just so i know for future if anything ever happens like that again in my future

It may not actually be too late to take legal action, assuming your circumstances call for it. You should speak to a competent employment lawyer about your specific situation as soon as possible. They can advise whether you have a case, which is not possible to do on a public bulletin board.
