Legal Question in Business Law in California
what can i do?
i was working for one food place and their cousin owned another and i quit the first one and was supposed to work at the second one the next day when i called he said i was fierd because his cousin called and told him i quit and that was monday f this week and i still havent recieved a pay check from either is that legal? can they share info? wasnt i supposed to get my paychec whithin 3 days?

If you quit without notice, the employer has 72 hours to give you the final paycheck. If you quit give notice or if you are fired, they must give you the final paycheck on your last day.
If you haven't received your check by now, contact the Labor Board to file a complaint.
