Hi we Live in California.I am Helping a friend with his Buisnes.He opened a Ice Cafe.his Lease states he can sale pastries but no sandwich.and he had to turn away alot of customers that he would like too but he could not sale sandwiches because the neibor would hurt his buisness what is a BAR and opens at the same time like us 10 am what can we do without breaking are Lease
