I think what you're asking is for a form for a non-disclosure agreement e.g. for employees to sign? This may also involve updating your employee manuals and taking steps to protect the commercially sensitive information as trade secret.
If your like most small business owners, your "trade secret" information is one of the most vital assets of your business. Speak with a small business lawyer and have them draft a comprehensive trade secret protection plan.
