wrongful termination
Is it wrongful for an agency to terminate a potential employee because they were unable to meet the needs of the employee?

How can you terminate (fire) a potential employee? As I see it, only an actual, current employee can be terminated.
If you are asking about some multi-party situation involving a temp agency, one of its temps, and the employers where the agency has sent the temp, you need to spell out the whole story in a paragraph or three, rather than trying to boil it down to one terse sentence.
