Legal Question in Business Law in California
I just wrote an Ebook describing techniques on how to get a job. In that book I included a disclaimer stating that the techniques will not any employer will hire the person using those techniques described, and I also advised them to check their local laws before using any techniques described. I plan to copyright the book, then I intend to set up a website and sell that book exclusively on the website. Are there any legal issues that I can run into? Should I incorporate into, e.g. an S Corp, to protect me from anything? Will that even protect me if someone tried to sue me? I'm worried because we live in a sue happy society and my fiance owns a condo and I don't want to risk that under any circumstance. Thanks for any help you offer.

It's pretty farfetched that somebody would sue you because they read your book and then didn't get a job. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.
