im at 17 1/2 and i have a friend whos family treats me like there own both parents are remarried and i have problems when them both and i want to know if i can be manstapated

You probably mean "emancipated". That simply means you are no longer under the care and custody of yoiur parents but have become an adult in the eyes of the law.
Most Courts wll generally grant such a request if you appear in person and give a responsible reason for the request.
