Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
In a 9th circuit district federal court, I received a monetary judgment against parties who are insured by insurance companies and who are not insured by an insurance company. How do I enforce this judgment against the parties who do not wish to issue checks immediately? Can I withhold their salaries?

A judgment can be enforced in several different ways, for example, wage and bank levies. You might consider recording the judgment or abstract in the counties in which the uninsured individuals own property. The judgment then would serve as a lien against those properties. It might be worth your while to speak with a lawyer who concentrates on collections to assist you.
