Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
I am 18 years old and I live with both of my parents and both of their names are on the lease... My mom is kicking me out and my dad says that I can stay... She claims if I dont leave in 30 days she will call the police... Can she really have them remove me from the home without my father's permission?
