Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
If the agreement was made (and signed by two parties), but does not guarantee me any payment until a certain thing happens, but the other party terminates the agreement now can I take this person to in court today for "breach of contract?
1 Answer from Attorneys
There are provisions in contract law that if the party verbally terminates, or if you ask to confirm his obligations and he/she does not, you can sue for breach before the performance would have been due under the original terms. Let me know if you want my assistance in writing a letter.
