Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

not sure how to answer this unlawful detainer.the service and process this landlord has presented is a mess in addition to major harrassment ,discrimination ,,,,illegal entry....bullying .slander and gossip name calling ......daily intrusion, threats.breach of lease and vermin and no heat or gas. had 2 people to pay not even behind b y 1/2 a month after roomate bailed on lease and made deal to .
