Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

Arrest on pc148 12\03\09 showed up on court date issued when released from jail was not calender. Was told that they didn't filed. Heard of this before so I constantly look up my name on this matter. Today should Filed on 01/29/10. yet showed no court date. Arrested becouse tolld Sheriffs to leave unless they had a warrant after my 17 year old daughter had ask them to show her awarrant or legal document before they could enter. They laughted @ her said didn't need one Probation search inform that no person in our house is on probation. listening to this in my bedroom just before they where going to kick in my bedroom door. Open it tolld they better have warrant or get out of my house. Soid probation inform Sheriff no one lives or is here on probation. No one there was on probation. Informed that have private property & no tresspassing posted on my fence clearly. Told me to sit on liviing room floor I told them it was my house for them to get out Sheriff (Later found out name Had no name tags on) twisted my left arm to where pain was so intense through me face down on my liviing room floor twisted my other arm cuffed me took me to Kern County jail. Both my arm still hurt today have no medical insurance for doctor. What do I do If they come arrest me on a warrant The only reason I know they filed because of internet. Don't have any rights in my home? Who to protect us against the sheriff Department
