Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
I was asked to register to audition for the John Robert Powers Modeling Agency at the mall. The agent who gave me the form to fill out took my personal information without my consent and called and texted me for the following few days until I told him firmly to stop, but he continued. Is it illegal to steal a client's personal information from a company file for personal purposes?

It probably is not illegal, but the harassing of you is and if you report the matter to his employer they will fire him.
