Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Okay, this is what I assume to be discrimination against some friends and myself. Recently we have been refused entry into a local music venue. A music venue that puts on concerts for the general public, a music venue which is operated by a local church. My friends and I were singled out with no solid evidence other than supposed eye witness testimony by only their staff saying that people in association with my friends and I were the cause of violence which broke out at a certain night. So my question is, does this venue which puts on concerts to the general public, and is run by a Christian church, have the legal right to refuse entry to my friends and I?
