Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

Attorney Joe Marman is TOTALLY and COMPLETELY "off base" with his answer. I did tell "the whole story!" I AM NOT on parole, probation, or a convicted felon. It is obvious that he thinks the police are ALWAYS right. Most of the time the police ARE just doing their job, which is a difficult one...but Mr. Marman also needs to understand that (unfortunately), there is a VERY SMALL percentage of cops who are "power drunk", and not every citizen is "not telling the whole story."

I have filed a complaint with the F.B.I., as well as other government agencies to try and stop these two "deputies" from their foolish and cowardly games.

If you disagree with an answer supplied, you should contact the attorney who gave the answer to discuss it with him. Your post does not tell us what the facts of the case were so none of have any idea whether his answer was appropriate or not. Most of us will assume he probably did have a logical basis for his answer.
