My attorney let statutes of limitation run out; and did not file paperwork for lawsuit. is there any kind of motion that can be filed to allow me to continue my law suits, due to attorney negligence?

If the statute of limitation has run and your case was meritorious, then your only recourse probably would be to pursue a professional negligence case against the attorney. Feel free to provide me with more specifics by direct e-mail.

Probably not. Your remedy is a malpractice lawsuit. If you had a case with merit and value, which the attorney must have believed to take it initially, then please feel free to contact me to discuss the situation, your rights and remedies. Remember there are time limits on filing this too.
